The Wave Program is an up-to-14-week virtual training course designed to provide hands-on training opportunities to prepare you to apply for roles in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Wave cohorts are designed to provide training, mentorship, and hands-on learning opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem. The programme consists of five parts where the participants will gain:
1. Coaching and mentorship - Coaching led by Deloitte practitioners to support participants as they navigate the Salesforce ecosystem using lessons learned and best practices.
2. Professional Development Skills - Training sessions focused on developing core soft skills such as interviewing, networking and effectively communicating so cohort participants are job-ready.
3. Salesforce Technical Skills - Virtual learning to build technical proficiency using a combination of Trailhead learning modules and virtual instructor-led sessions. Participants have the opportunity to earn two Salesforce certifications.
4. Hands-On Learning Simulation - Realistic project simulations where participants work in teams to highlight their technical aptitude and soft skills and build applicable Salesforce solutions.
5. Career Opportunities - Opportunities to connect with potential employers through mock interview prep and virtual ecosystem career fairs sponsored by Salesforce. Completion of the programme doesn't guarantee employment.

Salesforce offer a wide range of fundamental training materials, both related to the tech industry as well as soft business skills that can kickstart your learning and grow your understanding of digital skills. If you’re curious about tech more specifically, and wish to pick up on some system agnostic foundational tech topics, such as networking or cybersecurity, Сisco offer introductory courses you can select, and then further material you can follow if you wish to continue learning more.

Beginner
Are good places to start for content aimed at total beginners, or those with a limited tech background. If you are interested in fields such as cybersecurity and networking, Cisco offer system agnostic learning courses that are sought after by industry. Salesforce cover a large range of careers over all of the five main categories, specialised in the Salesforce platform.

Intermediate
Oracle offers material aimed at learners with a background in IT or a technology-based degree and provide a range of learning opportunities and certifications to further your career.
